I am responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to deliver revenue and customer satisfaction.A large part of my role is setting the vision and working on cross collaboration across teams to deliver the end to end experience to our customers connecting vehicle technology, mobile workforce, next generation transport and logistics, and ERP for customer service and billing. Actively involved in UX design and research to ensure applications are highly intuitive and can be used with no training required.
