2 years working on a data migration project involving the sale of Ulster Bank mortgage portfolio to AIB. During my time on the project, Worked on Risk Assessments and Due Diligence required pre-contract signing. Involving stakeholder engagement and meeting with key SMEs and senior business area owners gathering procedures, policies, and controls. Key person with responsibility for incorporating AIB letters to fit and align Mars systems while being scalable for high volumes. Involved; Requirements Gathering, Creating Functional Requirements Specifications, Maintaining and storing key document artefacts, providing solutions to blockers or challenges. Key task in automating letters by engaging with a global team of developers, using Azure DevOps systems for creating epics and stories, clarifying requirements and tracking, monitoring and validating the requests. Provided evidence to multi-party stakeholders by providing output to the client and counter party AIB on the project for approval and sign-offKey role in end-to-end testing and quality assurance by validation of outputs by creating test plans, creating testing environments, preparing data, initiating and conducting testing, both automated and manual testing, dealing with and addressing test defects while maintaining records and gathering evidence for sign-off and approval from senior stakeholders for the client Mars Capital and end customer AIB. Worked in a key role creating new and identifying enhancements for existing processes and system capabilities to align with the end customer AIBs systems and processes. This involved; requirement gathering, key stakeholder engagement, conducting interviews and process mapping using tools such as Visio. Seen out the implement of improved or new process for entire lifecycle. Led training to staff on new processes by creating and maintaining training material documents and gathering feedback from users.

Using in-house IT systems I was responsible for identifying, fulfilling, and executing amendment requests to customer mortgage accounts while working to tight deadlines and staying on top of expected volumes. Key role in signing off and approving amendments made by other team members Cross-departmental meetings and stakeholder engagement to provide and agree on services and solutions for incidents, issues or complaints made by customers. Liaising with customers directly and local branch employees to provide outstanding service and solutions. Developed quantitative due to the nature of the financial work. Ability for deep thinking and mapping out complex problems to find the root cause and qualitative and interpersonal skills by engaging with other employees or senior leadership by showing any findings in concise and understandable communication. Continuously adopted more responsibility, progressing from a junior team member to a senior role, dealing with more complex problems, aiding other team members and completing reports for management. This included training other team members and mentoring new staff. Implemented multiple process improvements. Researched, reviewed and presented my solutions and findings to senior management. Key driver behind implementing these improvements while updating policies, procedures and controls and rolling out training and training material to existing staff.
