I joined the Client Integration team in the Technology department so that I could work on their interface product documentation and contribute more widely across the department. In 2022, I kicked-off a large project to migrate multiple documents to a new Knowledge Base. I am using the Heretto DITA XML solution to manage and deploy this. This will have numerous benefits for both clients and internal stakeholders and will provide a self-service library where users (internal and external) can access a wide range of documentation and other resources (video, forms etc). This project is in progress.

Working with the Client Education and Training team, I wrote and maintained user documentation for our middle and back office systems. From trading and execution, portfolio modelling, settlement, custody to investment reporting.

Requirements gathering, software design, and product documentation for risk reporting solution.

Wrote documentation for NDS’ StreamServer components. StreamServer was the central control and management system for the broadcaster’s headend.

Wrote the programmer guides for the "communication virtual machine"—specifically, the CVM Runtime and Engine Developer’s guides. As part of my work on CVM Runtime, I documented the Runtime C++ APIs.

Contributed to the MONIS Analyzer documentation. Also developed (in Java) a series of test scripts for this software.

Contributed to a wide range of documentation for the Rapport product. Rapport was CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for banks and other financial institutions.

Wrote the documentation for Cylon's BEMS (Building Energy Management System) product.
