• Management of the strategic cross-functional business operations function of CoreHR, inclusive of the leadership and development of a high-performing geographically dispersed team.• Drive strategy for business partnering and company reporting across the business. Key systems include: Salesforce, FinancialForce PSA, Conga Contracts, Netsuite. Conga Contracts.• Generated €1m+ in annual recurring revenue having successfully taken a personal ‘Innovation Day’ idea from concept right through to a live running recurring revenue stream.

• Management of the Service Operation's team responsible for driving operational excellence across all post sale customer facing business functions (e.g. Professional Services, Support Services, Technical Services).• Governed the establishment, setup & execution of a business partnering & reporting framework across the respective functions. Ensured business partnering delivered action plans aimed at driving alignment, visibility, efficiencies and performance improvements in the respective functions.• Prominent focus on monthly functional KPI performance vs target reviews, with actionable insights supported via automated dashboarding that provided deep dive capabilities on red metrics. • Identification and delivery of process improvements and strategic internal systems projects that would deliver an enhanced customer experience, maximise output, and/or minimise costs, including FTE savings (e.g. FinancialForce PSA rollout for Professional Services, NetSuite billing automation, Salesforce Service Cloud Overhaul for Customer Services).

Ultimately responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client-facing programme & project management, systems implementation and consultancy services being provided by the multiple project delivery teams falling within my remit in the Professional Services division of CoreHR. Responsible for building and scaling our professional service’s operations (i.e., people, process, systems and tools) to meet the demands of a fast paced and growing business servicing project portfolios spanning from a few days to 12 months+.Accountable for the achievement of key financial goals and metrics including revenue, profit margin, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, billable utilisation, revenue per billable consultant, etc. Personal delivery of Project Governance & Sponsorship services on key strategic transformational HCM projects across a diverse range of clients across private, public and charity sectors in Ireland, the UK, and further afield.Other key features of the role include: • Client Relationship & Account Management• People Management / Career Development for Analysts, Consultants, Project Managers & Programme Managers• Management of cross functional touchpoints / relationships (e.g. Sales, Development, Support, Contracts, Finance)• Resource & Capacity Management• Business Development• Commercial Management (including customer billing)Also responsible for overseeing the timely delivery to our existing client base of any software changes required to ensure the continued statutory / legislative compliance of their Core|HR software (e.g. ROI & UK Payroll Year End Changes, Local Property Tax, SEPA).

Overall responsibility for:• the strategic direction / roadmap of CoreHR’s workforce planning product offering called Core|Roster• software R&D and solution design for Core|Roster product (including 3rd party interfacing)• governing the success of Core|Roster project implementations to our diverse multi-sector client base throughout the European market (benefits realisation approach adopted)• the people management / career development of the Core|Roster project implementation team• the financial success of the Core|Roster product P&L and all associated invoicing / commercial elements• Successfully project managed and programme managed numerous strategic Core|Roster implementations to high profile clients.• Integral participant in the pre-sales process for prospective customers, working towards tight deadlines for PQQs, RFIs, RFPs, RFTs, sales presentations, software demonstrations, discovery sessions, business process reviews, etc.• Other key features of the role included issue and escalation management, change management, release management, client relationship and account management, business process improvement and re-engineering.

• As consultant, responsible for the successful implementation of CoreHR’s time and attendance, rostering, absence management and social welfare solutions to a diverse multi-sector client base throughout the European market.• Client facing implementation activities spanned the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to go-live (e.g. requirements gathering and analysis [traceability matrixes], business process reengineering, end-user training, UAT support, go-live support, change control, etc.).• Progressed to project managing multiple concurrent implementations of the aforementioned software solutions.

• Served as a liaison between the customer service business and the system's development team• Responsible for ensuring innovative and scalable IT solutions were developed that met the business’s immediate needs and aligned with their long-term business strategy.• Acted as lead analyst (and mentor to others) on numerous high profile projects (e.g. automated phone associate timekeeping system).• Award received for my technical lead role on strategic expansion of Fidelity’s customer service centers to new locations in North Carolina, Salt Lake City, and Covington.• Provided project leadership and direction to offshore development teams in India, Canada, and Ireland.
