I mainly work on group engagements for clients listed in Europe and in the US within the banking and Aviation Finance Industries as well as some engagements for non-listed clients such as multinational treasuries and special purpose vehicles.I have completed my ACA professional exams. Along with this, through firm inhouse training and client engagements, I continuously developed both my technical experience with regards to IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB and other regulatory requirements on the preparation of Financial Statements and evaluation of internal controls as well as project management, analytical and soft skills.Throughout the years my role involved taking a greater leadership role within the department and on my engagement teams. This included senioring the various engagement teams to meet client deliverables on a timely basis along with providing coaching and guidance to team members in order to support their learning and development on an individual and group basis as well as performing initial reviews and coordinating with the client on timelines and deliverables. This lead me to performing in house training/tutoring for the new associates remotely. I am also part of an assurance wide focus group, representing my department, tasked with looking to improve the people experience within the firm particularly with respect to improving flexibility and reducing levels of overtime.
