• Start up manager of packaging automatization line of Maggi Noodles of Brazilian Northeast plant.• Development and implementation of the strategic plan providing the operational start up of the packaging line. Fully responsible to design and implement the operational procedures for the manufacturing start up. • Ensure the development and training of all the engineers, maintanance, and production team to guarantee the project ramp up according to the establish plan, time and health and safety regulations. • Liaising with local and international suppliers to promote the integration, determine the quality and production standards and agreeing budgets, timescales to meet the project plant.

Fully in charge for the process of receiving, storing, and delivering orange juice to clients in the entire US and Canada. Effectively coordinated the implementation of OSHA (Occupational Safety Health & Administration) in the whole plant reducing accidents by 72% in one year. Effectively managed a group of 15 subordinates of people from more than 5 nationalities.
