In this role I assisted the product development manger in her role developing new flavours and types of wraps and pizza bases and developing new products aimed at both retail wholesale markets.

Throughout my Time at Slane Distillery I Worked in the retail shop, in the bar making Barista style coffees and specialty cocktails using the Slane Whiskey. I hosted tours of the distillery, guided tastings and cocktail classes
