We strive to provide such services and supports as will assist each person in achieving these goals.The Brothers of Charity Services is on the process of changing its operational structure from six regional companies to one national company. This initiative requires nationalization of its information technology infrastructure and business application systems and ICT Services. Reporting to the CEO, my role is to set and lead the ICT Strategy, nationalise the ICT function, and ensure that new technology is the best economic fit to the national organisation and service delivery strategy. I will also drive changes to ensure that all facets of ICT make services work more efficiently and effectively. The key principles of the strategy are centralisation of ICT, deployment of secure cloud services, standards based service delivery and service transformation through automation.

FIT Ltd, a registered charity and not for profit organisation, was established in 1999. The Initiative develops and promotes technology-based programmes and career development opportunities for marginalised job seekers. FIT’s mission is to promote an inclusive Smart Economy by creating a fast track to marketable technical skills for those at risk of long term unemployment. To date 75% of the 16,000 people who have completed FIT skills development programmes have progressed into employment.My role, on the board of directors, is to help guide and drive the continued success of FIT Ltd and ensure marginalised job seekers have new job opportunities in the IT industry.
