As part of this I have worked on many ERP projects (D365, SAP, Oracle) spanning design & architecture through to go live. I regularly manage teams in disparate locations to coordinate the design, development & implementation of systems. During my time at DXC I have worked in many different industries & domains but have had a large focus on internal corporate systems & process reengineering.The key tasks that I lead in this area are:• Managing the architecture function for large enterprises either in a strategic role or a transformation project setting.• Leading, supporting and maintaining architectural direction, standards, road maps, patterns and methodologies.• Understanding, mapping & measuring the impacts of business change against architecture models.• Managing the entire go to market Business Analysis capabilities as well leading the business analysis function on many projects. This covers all standard BA knowledge areas from planning through to elicitation, requirements and delivery.• Building capability models and value stream mapping.• Process reengineering from standard BPM up to complex Digital Twins of Organisations.• Guiding teams on the use of different frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, BABOK, various bespoke corporate frameworks)• Leading initiatives to plan the future state of the business.• Developing new frameworks or methodologies to lead to increased communication and understanding between Business & IT.• Speaking at industry or architecture events on the subject of architecture & business analysis.
