VRM developed and sells a groundbreaking SAAS platform for the domestic refurbishment market. The solution comprises of a mobile survey app and a workforce collaboration platform that automatically creates invoices linked to the physical evidence of the work completed. This evidence is collected via workers mobile devices using VRM’s Evidence of Use mobile app and stored in its required place in the SAAS platform.My role as CTO involves all research and strategic development of VRM Technology’s software technical architecture. I am also responsible for managing the support, QA, operations, development and service departments

PSI develops, customises and sells mobile field force automation software running on corporate clouds directly to companies with large amounts of field based employees that are looking to automate their current manual or paper based business processes. The software works with a range of mobile devices and integrates on the back end with a host of sales and CRM systems. I managed all the hosting and system administrative duties for PSI mobile in a tier 4 data centre.I was responsible for architecting the platform and integration with external systems for all clients (salesforce.com, SAP, realex payments, client legacy systems, google maps, etc )I oversaw all parts of the SDLC of all projects from initial client requirement gathering to final delivery and acceptance and was responsible for the management of the development and services teams.Collaborated and orchestrated a move from open source technologies to a single codebase and development language for both client and server technologies ( from PHP to MS .NET C# MVC)
