- Overall responsibility for Cardiac Services in Ireland and UK, with full P&L responsibility- Manage a large diverse team, including Sales, Service and Operations- Providing strategic advice to the Senior leadership team- Part of the Senior Group Management Team for Uniphar Medtech- Developing strategic plans for Cardiac Services, whilst being an active player of the Senior Management team helping with the development of Group Divisional strategy and goals- Proactively maintain high level relationships with Customers/Principals/Suppliers, Effective Relationship Management with internal and external stakeholders, whilst seeking out new alliances and partnerships for growth.- Manage and communicate effectively both within Cardiac Services and up to Group level. Drive the overall performance and direction of Cardiac Services in UK&I. Build and maintain an effective management team to support the growth of the business.- Foster empowerment and engagement at management level while continuing to develop succession planning throughout all areas of the company

- Commercial responsibility for all sales divisions in Ireland (NI & ROI). - Manage the Key Performance Indicators across all Sales Divisions and report on these to the Senior Management Team- Design and Implementation of a digital CRM/Opportunities system with Salesforce across all sales teams.- Directly manage and support all sales managers in Ireland. - Sit on the Senior Management Team for Cardiac Services reporting directly to the Managing Director- Sit on the Senior Leadership team for the Uniphar MedTech/SISK Healthcare Group- Manage Targets/Budgets for all Sales Divisions- Introduction of new principals/partners to strengthen & enhance our current product portfolio across all divisions- Development and execution of our strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base- Accountable for supporting and implementing good corporate governance practices across all the Sales Divisions

At the start of 2015 I was promoted to Manager of the Hospital & Informatics Sales Division. I have full commercial responsibility for the Hospital Sales Division for ROI and for the Health Informatics Sales Division for IOI. Other key roles include: - Day-to-day management of Clinical Sales Specialists within my team - Management of both Major & Minor Principals - Manage Targets/Budgets for the Division - Preparation/Presentation of Forecasts & Reports for the Division to Senior Management Team - Drive Business Development opportunities within the Public & Private Healthcare market in Ireland - Introduction of new principals/partners to strengthen & enhance our current product portfolio - Development and presentation of divisional strategic planning to SISK Healthcare board

In addition to my Clinical Sales Specialist role, I was promoted to the role of Team Leader for the Hospital Sales Division. This role included: - Mentoring and assisting the sales team - Management of Minor Principals - Presentation lead for major projects throughout public & private hospital sectors - Management/ownership of all major frameworks and tenders within the hospital sales division remit

In mid July I was promoted to the role of Clinical Sales Specialist within Cardiac Services. Key roles of this position were to cover a large sales territory in the Republic of Ireland for high and low acute patient monitoring, mobile networking, clinical IT networking & connectivity, Non-invasive cardiology equipment & systems and resuscitation equipment across both public and private hospitals.

Responsible for installation and training of high & low acute patient monitoring, ECG machines & defibrillators in hospitals throughout the island of Ireland.

Responsible for day-to-day IT issues within the Dublin office of Cardiac Services. Also in the short period of my employment prior to taking a year out to travel I also redesigned the Cardiac Services website & internal intranet.
