I am a great believer in the value of continuing to learn throughout our professional life. It is a path worth taking, one that is open to all of us but one that is essential if you are in a position of leadership. Leadership is a service to others which can enable our own personal fulfilment, build sustainable organisations and contribute to building a better society for all. But it starts with our own personal transformation. We can't lead others if we don't learn to lead ourselves first. Learning from other people who are willing to share their insights, their knowledge and their shortfalls has helped me in countless ways, for which I'm very grateful. I'm fortunate to be one of the founders of Timoney Leadership Institute and to serve presently as its CEO, building a network of leaders who are committed to better leadership, better organisations and a better society.
