My webinars are always built to be very interactive, inviting reflection, participation, and discussion. One of my specialties is a course on the "Heart of Listening", designed for both leaders as well as staff. Listening is something that we do every day, but rarely are we taught to listen...to truly listen. In this course we take a deep dive into experiential activities designed to deepen our capacity to understand and connect. Important for all of us, and essential for effective leaders. I also designed a multi-series leadership training called "The Resilient Leader" that draws on psychology, neurobiology, the working with groups as a 'living system" (leveraging the different perspectives and wisdom of the group). Together we navigatea) how our human biology and neurology show up in the modern workplace in some very relevant ways b) how groups create psychological safety and why this is important, c) assisting leaders in building their own toolbox of wellbeing to allow them to do the important work they need to do as a leaderd) skill building around communication, compassion, emotional intelligence. For example, learning to 'listen in new ways', lead with curiosity and compassion, and use our emotions to skillfully meet the needs of different situations. We do all of this in community - having a safe space to learn from, be accompanied by others on a similar path, and having a supportive environment to walk together in on this learning adventure.
