Work with a corporate team to strategically develop ARAMARK's dining brand portfolio, optimize that portfolio and provide our field operations tools, systems and processes to maximize our retail performance.

I have the tremendous opportunity of influencing the merchandising activities of our 5,000 operators, and in turn the buying behavior of our millions of customers, on a daily basis. Working for a large international foodservice company like ARAMARK affords me the opportunity to take this specific discipline and apply it across a broad network - assessing it's impact and adjusting our direction accordingly. For those unfamiliar with the concept, merchandising (at least as we define it in this industry) is nothing more than in-store marketing and operations...essentially, assessing what touchpoints consumers encounter in their shopping experience, and ensuring that every one of those critical interactions reinforces the brand platform from which we operate.

Originally the Director of Food and Beverage for a fine dining hospitality organization. Shifted to manage the marketing efforts for the last 2 years there, helping improve the market postion of this organization's recreational and hospitality products.
