I was involved in numerous industries as diverse as food service distribution, heavy manufacturing, forest products, mining, pulp and paper, construction, retail and waste management. I performed financial, fraud, operational and other forensic investigations in more than 100 companies on a global level from tiny Alaska Native Corps. to Fortune 500 companies. I also managed the integration of the operations and systems in more than 40 acquisitions, performed due diligence globally and facilitated numerous company restructurings and turnarounds.Because of my "real world" background I am often asked to, and do, testify beyond economic damage and valuation opinions.For fun and relaxation, I run ultra-marathons, cross country ski, swim, bike and once lived on a farm with my wife, 2 daughters and as many random animals as we can handle in our spare time.Specialties: Expert witness.
