Manager of a multi-discipline modification organization with overall responsibility for safety, schedule, budget, supervisors and craft during non-outage and outage timeframes. Performed design reviews of the proposed modifications on three units and identified constructability issues. Recommended design alternatives for the constructability issues. Then planned, budgeted, staffed and implemented the design modifications.
