Responsible for all departments and aspects of the plant (Manufacturing, Quality Control, Engineering, Logistics, Human Resources, and Accounting). including full P/L and CAPEX.Joined the corporate executive leadership team and partnered with other key executives to create ADVICS VISION 2025, a cross-functional team responsible for setting the goals and objectives for multiple sites across North America. To date, the team has improved productivity and market share as well as facilitated profit to $5.5 Billion in 2020.

Established a new culture of manufacturing leadership and accountability. Was the final decision maker for Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Production Control, Maintenance, Engineering, and TPS) that included 590 people collectively producing $216M in sales annually.

Managed 12 manufacturing supervisors across four shifts in a 24/7 operation that generated $144M in sales annually. Full P/L responsibility for manufacturing. Led a Kaizen team that used Lean principles to reduce scrap more than two percent in the first year and continued year-over-year. By the second year, this effort accounted for over $2,000,000 in savings.I led a team that won the Governors Award for best Quality Circle Improvement from the Ohio Manufacturing Association. The team used Kaizen methodologies to improve manufacturing processes resulting in scrap reduction of more than 35% (saving $550,000 a year) and decreasing overtime to improve employee satisfaction
