Set up a wholesale business servicing the needs of many small automotive shops and the major chain operators. Provided them inventory for all automotive exhaust requirements. Role was ordering, accounting, general shop maintenance, sales and marketing.

In June 2002 I became a district manager responsible for 32 stores, overseeing their daily operations, implementation of strategic corporate initiatives and financial success. March 2003 a National Operations Coordinator whose responsibilities included communication of National operation and marketing plans, project assessments of small store concepts, re-defining store operation standards.

Variety Of Locations

Employed at Shoppers Drug Mart, retail level in 1980 in a part time capacity. After going full time I rose through the ranks at store level till 1988 when I managed my first store. Responsibilities included staffing, HR, product procurement, financial budgeting of sales and expenses.I then proceeded to manage larger volume stores throughout the next 14 years concluding with managing a store with over 14 million dollars in sales volume and net profitability of up to 1.5 million.
