CurrentFor more than 10 years I have worked within the design community. For the past 5 years, I have worked with architects, designers, facility managers and construction planners within the healthcare industry to create spaces that improve patient safety, standardize work processes, and improve patient throughput. During this time, I have led a number of exam room design insights (ERDI) workshops that included building simulated exam room environments. Within these simulated environments, healthcare professionals were able explore various workflows, challenge existing designs, and explore new techniques for providing safe, efficient, and high quality care.With everything we do, Midmark works to improve the patient/caregiver experience.
