Transferred from Denso Manufacturing Tennessee Electronics Plant 202 to Instrument Cluster Plant 201. Responsibilities including associate training and internal quality control during electronics production move from Plant 202 to Plant 201. I developed associate training for soldering, ESD control, reduction of handling damage, and control of foreign material contamination. Upon successful completion of electronics production transfer I began working with Electronics sub-assembly, surface mount device, internal quality and production line transfer. During this time I developed multiple databases for tracking and reporting internal and customer quality control information. Databases were originally developed in Access and migrated over to Microsoft SQL server. Upon successful complete of sub-assembly transfer I began working with Customer and Consumer returns. I developed automated report writing features for existing databases. I was involved in root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation. I lead cross functional teams (CFT) in the investigation of both customer (OEM) and consumer (field) returns. I presented the CFT results to plant 201 management team and customers.

Originally hired at Denso Manufacturing Tennessee (DMTN) Electronics Plant as a reliability engineer. I directed the work of the reliability technician and develop an access based database for scheduling and monitoring of reliability testing. I worked with the reliability technician to improve the existing multiple device under test (DUT) controllers. Over time I was given additional responsibilities as an internal and customer quality engineer. I was involved in the launch of the first GM products built at DMTN. I was responsible for completing all GM PPAP requirements. I was then given responsibility for Toyota products where I was responsible for completing all Toyota SQAM requirements. For GM and Toyota I was responsible for both new model products and mass production products.
