I have sucessfully managed the constructon of many mid rise multi-use new Giant Food Market stores across the DC / Virginia area. Development and Construction of 6 City Centers in DC and Virginia. Parking Garage Lowest Level, Retail on Groung Level and Multi-Family Housing on Upper Level. I also managed +$500 million dollar Project Refresh" which included the total remodeling and renovation of 100+ Giant Food Markets in DC, Va and Md, I managed and directed the day to day activities of multiple Project Managers while I also simultaneously managing multiple projects.I developed detailed strategies and plans for the execution of store remodels that would elimate 0% sales loss throughout the 100+ store remodels. Our up front strategy and pre-planning, actually increased store sales up to 7% - 10% " during the remodels and it increased the sales from 10% - 15% after the completion of a store remodel.Trained and developed Project Managers to think outside of the box and to think like customers think.I Initiated and developed new streamlined plan to execute store remodels, in a much more efficient and timely manner, allowing capital investments to be capitalized at a record pace on behalf of the owner.

I directed teams and managed multiple types of building and constructon projects for major Fortune 500 clients in the Rochester NY area.I directed multiple design and construction teams who were solely responsible for the total design and construction within Eastman Kodak Co and Xerox Inc. Our company had the sole responsibility of managing all design and construction for these clients at all of their various facilities and campuses worldwide. $250 million dollar Kodak "Footprint Reduction Program". We renovated and demolished multiple buildings inside of Eastman Kodak and we consolidated and built thousands of sq feet of office and industrial space, over a 3 year period for Eastman Kodak. This program consolidated, reorganized and built new office and industrial space for the purpose of company consolidation and to remove millions of dollars of overhead cost for the Eastman Kodak Company.I successfully managed all of the design and construction for Xerox Inc at the Webster, NY main campus along with other campuses throughout the USA and Canada.

Exclusive management of Design Build of Wegmans Supermarkets as they expanded across New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.I led teams that developed Design Build Documents / Drawings from conceptual design to construction completion and Grand Openings. In the design build process we executed all of the construction activities along with all of the design. I executed Design Build strategy throughout all of the Wegmans stores while completing all new and remodeled Wegmans stores over a period of 10 years.$500,000.00 cost reduction was given to Wegmans as I led and directed teams in cost cutting measures. we worked to develope more efficient design and construction methods which reduced overall costs and produced greater efficiency in store development. We standardized design practices which cut time and shortened the execution time of each project.
