I also managed +$500 million dollar Project Refresh" which included the total remodeling and renovation of 100+ Giant Food Markets in DC, Va and Md, I managed and directed the day to day activities of multiple Project Managers while I also simultaneously managing multiple projects.I developed detailed strategies and plans for the execution of store remodels that would elimate 0% sales loss throughout the 100+ store remodels. We renovated and demolished multiple buildings inside of Eastman Kodak and we consolidated and built thousands of sq feet of office and industrial space, over a 3 year period for Eastman Kodak. This program consolidated, reorganized and built new office and industrial space for the purpose of company consolidation and to remove millions of dollars of overhead cost for the Eastman Kodak Company.I successfully managed all of the design and construction for Xerox Inc at the Webster, NY main campus along with other campuses throughout the USA and Canada.
