I bring a wealth of knowledge of project management and capital planning and will capitalize on that knowledge to help the State of California execute on their capital plans and complete projects which serve the people of California. I oversee the design and construction for all State capital projects excluding DOT and Higher Ed. I will help to develop a robust capital planning process including driving data driven decisions and objective prioritization of State initiatives and capital allocations to better align with organizational strategies. I will supercharge the process to unlock the potential of strategic insights and objective prioritization. I focus the available capital on the right projects at the right time for the right reasons!!I will take all that I have learned bring that wealth of knowledge to the State! I have been directly responsible for the development of the process, people and technology to perform capital planning services for various corporate clients around the world. The product I developed provided this service to local, regional and global organizations with insight into $10B in capital spend on an annual basis. We reviewed and developed over 200,000 projects with a combined value in excess of $ 40 Billion and demonstrated cost avoidances for our clients in excess of $ 8 Billion.I developed an algorithmic approach to prioritization for capital spend. This helps organizations take an objective view toward prioritizing capital projects and eliminates the corporate politics, personal bias and emotion from the process. It assures capital is being allocated efficiently and effectively to best respond to enterprise goals and objectives.
