Managed the migration for the company’s merchant bank thru two infrastructure changes.• Management of the Microsoft AD domain infrastructure from NT4 thru Windows Server 2008R2 for the production and payment system domains. Managed DNS/DHCP, Group Policy configurations, Certificate Services, clustering services, Hyper-V management, PowerShell, Terminal Server, SCCM, SCOM, WSUS, and Forefront.• Exchange migrations from Exchange 5.5 thru Exchange 2010 and management of TMG2010 for Outlook Web Access, internal web proxy, and Lync 2010. Email archiving using Barracuda.• Virtualization of server infrastructure using VMWare, Hyper-V, and Citrix to reduce footprint by 50% and development of DR configurations for site failover.• Implementation of HP C7000 and IBM Blade Center technologies for reduced footprint.

• Participated in Y2K implementation efforts for a multi-site downtown Oakland effort. Managed multiple resources with a diverse team to complete remediation efforts by upgrading hardware and standard imaging workstations across the enterprise.• Team lead for NT Support and monitoring using HP CIM during the implementation of the DCI – Distributed Computing Infrastructure project which standardized the hospital server infrastructure to a single image.• Managed Unix and NT resources using monitoring tools HP CIM and IBM Tivoli.
