I have a particular interest in increasing diversity in the technology sector and think that our ability to customise each search project helps to address each customers' own unique needs. I lead multiple search projects managing the process from end to end: client briefings; creating project strategy; managing project timeline; assigning team tasks; leading client and team communication; conducting candidate interviews; creating shortlists; preparing and arranging interviews; reference checking; remuneration negotiations; assistance with onboarding.The combination of our search, and our clients' direct advertising, typically results in a healthy selection of candidates for them to consider.
