Primary responsibilities to provide oversight and analysis of the infrastructure requirement to successfully support the 98% virtualization/transition of Delta Vacations IT systems. Duties and Responsibilities- Manage F1 copper facilities and digital loop carrier systems in as many as 12 Qwest Communications Inc. wire centers throughout Minnesota. Planned, managed, and analyzed customer F1 POTS, and data services from 56K special circuits through OC-12 level facilities required to support economic development satisfying the Qwest Minnesota customer communications needs for Plymouth, MPLS Bryant, MPLS Central, Wayzata, Buffalo, and the southern Qwest wire centers communities surrounding Rochester and Owatonna.

Duties and Responsibilities- Management of 15-30 repair center DS1, DS0 and ISDN services repair technicians and trouble reports for Qwest Designed Services for the states of Colorado and Wyoming. Establish chronic repair trouble procedures to reduce overall number of chronic trouble reports. Manage and implement repair initiatives and process improvements to achieve corporate repair objectives. Achieved 20% reduction in overall trouble report volume.
