Here he was responsible for establishing and driving brand experience and reputation management strategies to support business growth in McDonald’s 83 franchised markets representing 13,800 restaurants across Asia, the Middle East & Africa, Europe and Latin America. Ron possesses strong analytical, storytelling and writing skills and leverages cross-functional relationships to actively lead internal change initiatives, with a track record of successfully navigating complex environments, cultural nuances, organizational structures and situations.
