All returned items were inspected and tested by In-house staff for “as new” condition prior to being considered a Warranty Replacement. Program resulted in annual savings of $150K - $250 in 2015 – 2017.• Introduced bi-weekly Supply Chain Quality calls with Districts, Distributors & National Accounts as “Voice of the Customer” feedback to prioritize issues or defects requiring “Corrective Actions” by the factory.
