The main sector of delivery is in the oil and gas sector covering the full supply chain. Other sectors covered due to experience are construction, motor, education and aerospace. I am responsible for the assessment of management systems to ensure their compliance to the requirements of the standards and those of the business. This will take customers through our process from Stage 1 and 2 for initial certification, through surveillance assessments and to the focus visit and certificate renewal. Additional assessments currently involve the providing of gap analysis as the standards are updated to follow the Annex SL framework and the publication of the 2015 standard revision for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Future work will also include the transition of the OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 when published later this year. I am also responsible for the planning and coordination of assessment teams which can involve assessors in other countries for global based certificates.
