Ronda Yang has over 25 years’ experience on international business management across the West, the East and Oceania. Ronda is fully bilingual, having mastery of both Mandarin and English and being lived in China, Australia, and now the U.K. Ronda’s international experience began in China where she performed HR management roles within joint ventures between Chinese companies and both Nokia and Marconi Telecommunications. Ronda subsequently relocated to Sydney, Australia where she completed MBA and led M&Y Global Services’ delivery of all international projects, including on-boarding new customers and managing cross-border project deliveries. M&Y Global Services was the first BPO company to be established in China offering high quality and cost effective business processing outsourcing and data processing solutions to both Western and Chinese clients. During Ronda’s 13 year tenure at M&Y, she has assigned to General Manager role based in China data centre, Client Services role based in Australia, and Business Operations Director role based in the UK. She obtained a truly global business perspective. Among Ronda’s notable successes was her management of M&Y’s largest engagement which encompassed the provision of credit card processing services to a joint venture between a leading global bank and one of China’s leading domestic banks. In addition to her rich hands-on management experience, Ronda is able to facilitate senior executive level business communications between western and Chinese partners, ensuring true mutual understanding and thereby enabling critical business decisions. A notable highlight of her extensive real-time interpretation experience was when she was called on to act as a short-notice replacement for the Chinese Minister of Commerce's translator at a BPO summit.
