The East Region Sales Manager, leads all sales activities in the Low Vision Market for Eschenbach in the Eastern U.S. The East Region Sales Manager’s (ERSM) primary responsibility is to achieve annual sales goals for the East Region through the management of as many as 7 Territory Managers. Provides the direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for Eschenbach Territory Managers to achieve their individual sales goals. Also develops regional sales plans in conjunction with the President and CEO and advance the professional development, professional conduct, sales effectiveness and efficiency of Territory Managers in the East Region.

Work with Eye Care Professionals in adding low vision services to their practice, business, or organization. Services include supplying diagnostic assortment needed to provide a comprehensive range of solutions to meet patient / customer needs; training and consultative support with product and third party reimbursement; marketing program for the service covering in-office, professional, and community. Assiting in the training and deveopment of in-house employees and inside and outside webinar training.Certifications with ABO and CCOA
