My practice has ranged across a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. I have specialized in case analysis and factum writing. I have appeared or worked on cases at all levels, up to the Supreme Court of Canada. Since 1986 my practice has been part-time, and in association with other practitioners. (For a number of years I maintained a ‘non-practising’ status at the Law Society.) I work in consultation with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP.
