  Responsibilities: • Prepare, review and process documentation for commercial loans (CRE Multi-family, C&I, Construction development, Letters of Credit, CAPEX), Consumer Loans (HELOC and Term), and SBA Loans to ensure terms of documents are in accordance with committee approved request and following bank policy, lending practices and regulatory statutes. May include communication with Loan Coordinators and Lenders related to document preparation and other due diligence.• Review Titles, O&E’s, Flood Insurance, Tax Assessment, CIP, Beneficial Ownership Forms, Good Standing Forms, Loan approvals, Onboarding Sheets from the Loan Coordinators, Credit Bureaus, Loan Approvals and Change in Term Agreements.• Administer the loan booking process on core and document imaging software, includes new loans and modifications for CRE Multi-family, C&I, Construction development, Letters of Credit and other commercial/consumer renewals.• Manage balancing of GL’s related to loan booking and invoice processing.• Review Rate Screens for accuracy each afternoon regarding FHLB, Libor, SOFR and T-Bill rates.• Input all loan information into Laser Pro to complete Loan Documents for the Lender and Loan Coordinator.• Manage internal/external requests and financial transactions (fundings) within the term of the loan documentation, bank policies and procedures. This includes internal DDA transfers and Wire Approvals.• Preparation of Participation Agreement and Letter of credit documentation, Renewals, Denials, Assumptions, Contract for Deed and Modifications (Change in Terms)• Complete CRA, HMDA and Beneficial Ownership requirements for documentation and compliance reporting.
