To work virtual supported by a web of existing and new communication tools like e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Teams or Cisco WebeX.We inspire management to identify the virtual potential in their organizations and how to adjust and strengthen the business processes via effective deployment. We train managers in how to manage virtual organizations. We train teams and workgroups in how to perform when working virtual and enable them to build and maintain the competences they need in their daily work.
