- Commissioning Start-Up & Restart Project of new tie-points, addition/replacement of new vessels/equipments. Managed & issued cold, hot, critical permits for confined space entries, LOTO, and Blinds. - Area of Responsibilities: UPGRADER: ORCRUDE Units (DRU, Desalter, Atmospheric Distillation, Thermal Cracker) & SRU Units (Amine, Sour Water, 2 Sulphur Recovery Unit trains, Tail Gas Treating Unit, Selexol Unit, Tank Farms)- Operating industrial process equipment and pressurized vessels by developing, applying, and safely executing standard operating procedures by utilizing operation expertise and professional experience as a key team player- Performing area round duties & unit monitoring: identifying equipment deficiencies/hazards, abnormal operating conditions & implement adequate controls while adhering & enforcing safety policies & optimize procedures- Commissioning start-ups, shutdowns, turnarounds & lock-out for inspection & repairs during maintenance & upsets- Testing, sampling, and keeping of accurate records to make necessary adjustments as per SOP and specifications - Effectively Troubleshoot issues & diagnose potential problems while prepare & return equipment for isolation- Being pro-active with continuous learning of assigned process area units & contribute towards overall improvement - Issuing, coordinating, & supervision of safe work permits & generating work orders from preventive maintenance to cold, hot, & critical work. Recording events of equipment operations & preparing shift reports, logs, & reliefs- Understanding unit functionality & operating control systems within design constraints to ensure safety& efficiency- Establishing team spirit & supervising colleagues as requested in a fast-paced, pressured, collaborate environment- Technical skills: SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Delta V DCS/SCADA/PLC; ISSOW LOTO; P&IDs,PFDs,ISOs
