I have been in the auto industry since 1986. I started working at the Port of Portland, installing accesories on new vehicles and loading vehicles on rail cars for Port Services Company. In 1988, I went to a company called Inter-rail transport, loading and unloading vehicles. In 1990, I went to work for C.T.C hauling cars by truck in the 11 western states. In 1992, I went to work for Ryder systems, hauling Vehicles by truck in the 11 western states. In 2003 I started at Selland Auto Transport as a dispatcher, moved on to terminal Manager and in March of 2007 moved into become Regional manager and then moved into Operations Manager. My goal is to keep learning our industry and feel there is always something to continue my knowledge. Speaking with key people has helped me understand the needs of manufacturers, customers and our own people. My success comes not only from my goals, but others goals as well. To create a dynamic work force and trust level with great accomplishments we all share as one.
