Current• Coordinate with the sales team to find out which training topics are in high demand by customers• Create a regular annual training schedule according to the topics of interest to the customer• Create a learning path for each training topic to make it easier for customers to choose training according to their needs• Coordinate a team of instructors to meet the regular training schedule• Create an instructor lesson plan for the material that must be studied in the next 1 year• Conduct regular class sessions with the sales team to increase understanding of the training topics that will be delivered to customers• Lead weekly coordination meetings with the Operations team and Sales team to prepare for the training class for the next period• Accompany the sales team on visits to customers to present training programs• Mapping the need for customer competency improvement by providing an appropriate learning path.• Prepare technical proposals in accordance with requests for proposals given by customers
