I was a member of the five-person administrative team. My primary responsibilities focused on course scheduling and teacher assignments. For each academic term, I would analyze the academic needs of the student body and develop a school-wide course catalog that was optimized to meet the students' requirements. I would then assign those courses to our faculty, collaborating with faculty members on matters of course development, instructional design and individualized instructional plans for students. I oversaw the administration of the ACT and other state-mandated standardized testing. In collaboration with the headmasters and registrar, I developed a course registration and counseling process that more closely mirrored the experience of registering for courses in college.
