Process included creating detailed documentation of entire project, from piece parts, assemblies, list of material, and detail manufacturing data bases (flats).Created, in CAD, hundreds of non documented boat parts, from industrial plumbing to V-8 gas motors with pumps.Designs included creating unique cabins, with custom consoles, to specialized diving doors with ladders and large doors controlled by hydraulic lifts.Designed customer products from initial design stage to final packaged product. Projects included creating a processor box for WMS slot machine, Battery pack and a ABS plastic hand held scanning wand.Designed computer server chassis and bezel for IBM from specifications provided by customer; redesigned and modified computer server chassis from Dell Computer.Designed consumer chassis for (Microsoft) WebTV using tool-less assembly practices.Created detailed designs using drawings, models, computer simulations, or prototypes with computer-aided industrial design (CAD); communicated designs to automated production tools.
