I have worked in Education for over 20 years, specialising in Primary. After 14 years at Senior Leader level supporting fellow teachers and teaching children to grow and achieve, I was appointed Education Advisor at GL Assessment. As part of the Assessment Insights Team, I now utilise my skills and experience in supporting schools with their data analysis.I work closely with schools across the sector and age range to realise the potential of their data in planning for next steps in enabling all children to succeed and be successful.My passions lie within breaking down barriers for all children both academically and emotionally, to help realise their potential through targeted intervention and quality first teaching.Areas of expertise:Whole school assessment, children's mental health and well-being, coaching and mentoring, timetabling, organisation of events.
