1. Ensure overall project coordination and management.2. Coordinate project inception workshops.3. Manage the organization's overall programs and projects, office, staff and affiliated members. Develop partnership to volunteer and professional internship opportunities as well as skills development and leadership building training to more than 200 students and young professionals per year.

Develop and coordinate the organization's main programs (volunteer and internship program). Coordinate the opening of the organization's office in Port-au-Prince. Plan and conduct ACTIVEH's first major recruitment campaign in 10 universities in Port-au-Prince to recruit 100 new members. Develop partnership to secure practical internship opportunities for 50 students with organizations and companies in Haiti. Coordinate a number of leadership, skills building and community engagement activities including training sessions, workshops, conferences for more than 100 students.
