Ronele M. Dotson, APR, started RAD Strategies Inc. in 2002. Currently, Ronele volunteers her time with PRSA nationally and locally. She served six years on the PRSA National Board, with one as Secretary and one as Treasurer. She's received numerous awards locally and regionally, including a Bronze Anvil. Ronele received her Accreditation in 2003, was named to the College of Fellows in 2020 and is a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.Specialties: Public relations including publicity, media relations, community relations, reputation management, public affairs, crisis communications, marketing communications, social media management, digital marketing, website copywriting and SEO, promotions and promotional development and special events to name a few; national travel and tourism; government and cities; festivals and events; commercial real estate; telecommunications; economic development.Ronele founded her own highly successful firm in 2002 focusing on her strengths in innovative strategic planning, marketing development and above-and-beyond customer relationship management. Among Ronele’s portfolio of achievements is her work in the tourism industry, specifically the promotion of the Reno-Tahoe region on a regional and national level, as well as her ability to quickly adapt and comprehend the varied issues that impact her clients. Ronele has served on the Nevada Women’s Fund Board of Directors and member of the Western Nevada College Foundation Board along with serving as Vice-chair of PRSA's College of Fellows.Work completed on behalf of RAD’s clients has garnered several awards including a 2017 Bronze Anvil along with numerous Silver Spike Awards of Excellence from her local PRSA chapter.Faith, family and friends are her priorities and help to keep her balanced.
