My experience and comprehensive understanding of education, learning and design gained from tuition at CPUT, as well as various courses in the learning environment, qualifies me well for a position in Learning Development.While based in the HR environment, I managed a National Online Assessment System. I documented an Assessment Database for multiple areas of assessment and monitored stats as well as use by Facilitators and Learners alike. I also developed and facilitated training interventions on use of this platform. I currently manage the Engineering Prospectus which houses various Learning Programmes. I regularly liaise with the respective Project Leaders to ensure programmes are current. I have prepared submissions for CPD Accreditation of courses. I manage a Departmental Operations document which acts as a count of the various services we render. I liaise with various subject matter experts to produce technical illustrations for training material and standards in Eskom. I also assist with various ad-hoc requests ranging from marketing campaigns to photography at various functions.After my graduation I completed numerous contracts for BMW SA were I was co-responsible for the management of an information lounge. I relayed information amongst the various dealerships in South Africa as well as providing excellent customer service for our varied clientele. I also regularly relayed information between the resident retail store and enquiring customers.As a sales associate at a large retail store, I was exposed to a work environment, which required diligence and confidence. Keen interest in retail stood me in good stead while I trained in various departments. Long hours, coupled with the demands of customers, have instilled a strong sense of work ethics in me.Throughout my career, I have prided myself in a unique, well-groomed appearance. My pleasant and mature disposition has afforded me well. My sense of responsibility and loyalty has been long withstanding.
