Utilizes specialized knowledge or expertise to perform highly complex geospatial intelligence analysis. Possesses knowledge of the theory and application of data ranging from the ultraviolet through the microwave portions of the electromagnetic spectrum, as well as information derived from the analysis of literal imagery; geospatial data; and information technically derived from the processing, exploitation, literal, and non-literal analysis of spectral, spatial, temporal, radiometric, phase history, polarimetric data, fused products and the ancillary data needed for data processing and exploitation. These types of data can be collected on stationary and moving targets by electro-optical (to include IR, MWIR, SWIR TIR, Spectral, MSI, HSI, HD), SAR (to include MTI), related sensor programs (both active and passive), and non-technical means utilizing various communication networks to support geospatial intelligence.

As the Regimental geospatial officer, managed and directed three geospatial teams, the geospatial collection manager, and led the research/development for all new technologies. Coordinated with higher, adjacent and multiple intelligence agencies in pursuit of high value targets within three theaters of operation. Expert in Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit and Analyze (F3EA) process and small unit tactics deployed in both Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Facilitated the development of new plug-ins to different software suites working with engineers of BAE, Textron, and Google. Devised and developed portable Google Earth package used within national agencies and special operations commands that is conditioned for any mission set. Expert in all foundational data to include but not limited to national/commercial imagery, Controlled Imagery Base (CIB), Digital Terrain Elevation Data (DTED), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), theater assets, and national assets to fulfill any mission requirements. Over 10 years’ experience with Remote View and ESRI Arc GIS software suites along with strong background with Quick Terrain Modeler, Google Earth, SOCET GXP, ENVI, and many other commercial software suites. Led and managed 112 personnel geographically dispersed throughout Afghanistan accountable for over two million dollars of equipment ensuring 100% mission success. Familiar with administration of servers and network infrastructure, set up 16 NetApp servers across one theater of operations that more efficiently snap mirror myriad of data types in a timely manner.
