About Ronell Warner
Born and raised in South Africa, I witnessed the injustice of a playing field where not everybody had the same opportunities. It instilled in me a passion for people and for seeing them achieve their full potential. Throughout my career I have pursued opportunities to invest in the growth of people. I realized that in Human Resources I could positively impact an organization and pursue my passion for people and their success. At NCCS, I had the opportunity to develop a full-fledged HR Department and help shape their culture. I was able to build authentic relationships with NCCS employees, because I can communicate with and connect to people from all walks of life. This trust resulted in my being able to steer the employees through some major changes, and also guide employees into new career paths with bigger personal and professional rewards. A quotation misattributed to Thoreau, “Men live lives of quiet desperation and die with their song still in their heart,” is not what I want my, nor anybody's epitaph to be. I have found MY song: aligning workforces with the strategic goals of their organizations while cultivating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and goal attainment.
