In this role, I re-engineered supply chain operations for a $3.1B company from decentralized retailer to center-led retail-based supply chain, which eliminated $250M YoY costs, $200M in cost avoidance, and generated $50M+ in new revenue. Key accomplishments:▪ I developed an SCM 5-year roadmap to transform the company's processes and systems into an integrated best of breed strategy, which yielded a $36M benefit with a 2.8-year payback. ▪ I increased Purchasing Card (PCard) utilization, which increased the annual rebate from $200K to $3.3M. ▪ I remodeled the commercial fleet program into a 360 FleetSmart process to procure, sell, refurbish vehicles, and manage maintenance and fuel distribution, saving the company $2M annually. ▪ I implemented the first company Center of Excellence which internalized, merged, and automated disparate supply chain processes; this reduced FTE's by 40% and created a Shared-Services function, which will produce $2.5M ROI over 5 years. ▪ I directed the company's ESG Steering Committee to implement a Sustainability Program including an EV Fleet strategy, water conservation programs, and renewable energy agreements, which propelled company performance from bottom 10% to top 21% among 900+ companies and 13 out of 48 in the retail industry within two years. ▪ I established multiple systems and processes, including Robotics/Digital Workers, Source to Pay, T&E, Strategic Sourcing, Contract & Vendor Management, Item Master, Inventory Management, Business Intelligence, and Project Management and Analytics professionalized the supply chain/procurement department. ▪ I developed an internal SCM Project Management & Analytics (PMO) department to increase capacity to handle a large volume of projects, assess effectiveness, and provide recommendations to leadership.

Invaset is both a strategy and management consulting firm that identifies pain points in client companies and helps them correct key issues with a hands-on approach. Key areas of focus include procurement, global sourcing, inventory management, distribution & logistics, process reengineering, and change management.
