• Implementing TEDS technology (Tetra Enhanced Data Services) in the device side - implementing layer 1 timer, relevant low level drivers and algorithms to support the technology. Coordinating the program of Modem, MAC and Signalling layers including integration within the device and with the Tetra-System team in Kopenhagen, up to a demonstration of first video over Tetra in the 2008 TWC in Hong-Kong (Tetra world congress).• Leading the Tetra DMO range extension committee - raised and examine alternatives to improve DMO range extension for Motorola devices, proposed 4 chosen alternatives for existing and future products and leaded a team of Modem, RT and RF engineers to execute proof of concept for each of them and filing a patent (PCT/US2009/041337) for one of the solutions. All 4 alternatives were implemented in Motorola solutions devices during 2008-2013.
