Novolog provides logistical solutions to the international pharmaceutical sector operating in Israel.• Establishment and management of logistics outsourcing (Third Party Logistics - TPL) for Leumit HMO (Health Maintenance organization). Total monthly activity of 120,000 picking rows, 1,500 Deliveries, 200 Suppliers, 3000 endpoints, reverse logistics.• Characterization of the activity and construction of logistics processes.• Improving customer satisfaction and availability of medical equipment to all branches.• Managing the relationship between the HMO and Novolog and dealing with the challenges of working with 2 different organizations and cultures.• Achieving logistical results of 99.8% against a target of 99.5%.• Developing and delivery the EHS structure within the organization.
