• Overall responsibility for all deployment activities from contract negotiation to go live and beyond.

• Established and managed 5 teams: Project Management, Solution Engineers, Delivery, Support and DevOps. Responsible for project delivery from design phase through customer acceptance to project service (SaaS).

• Managed and maintained the interfaces with the Amdocs account including all technical management.
• Managed the project delivery including development / QA / integration and acceptance.

• Managed the Program Managers’ team in the PS department including full budget accountability.
• Overall responsibility included successful delivery of all aspects of the projects: budget, resources, timeline and deliverables.
• Prioritized tasks and moved resources between the cluster projects in order to ensure project success & customer satisfaction

• Responsible for the Vodafone Spain account. Pontis’s biggest and most important customer

• Founded and managed the PS department which included direct management of 35 employees spread across three countries: Israel, India & Ukraine.
• Created 4 teams (Implementation, Integration, Telecom Experts and Project Developers) responsible for project delivery from design phase to final customer acceptance.
• Successfully delivered and implemented over 50 projects worldwide with revenues exceeding 60M$.
• Defined and implemented work procedures which resulted in time to market improvement of over 30%.
• Created a department knowledge base and training program which resulted in creating, maintaining and sharing the working methods and knowhow across the different geographically spread teams.
