• Led, defined and developed 3 innovative and complex ASICs and 5 sophisticated FPGAs that are used as technological building blocks/core in RAD's TDM PW products, clock synchronization in packet-switch networks, and sophisticated Carrier Ethernet demarcation switches that ensure service level (QoS) of up to tens of Gbps throughput• All ASIC components have been successfully completed in 'first tape-out/round'• The TDM PW ASIC was the first chip in the world to fulfill this function and was also sold to global chip manufacturers (OEMs)• Managed the projects fully independently including, tools selection, work methodology, vendor selection and negotiations process, closing legal contracts, datasheets and marketing materials.
