Hi and thank you for visiting my profile!Back in 2009 when I was looking at my future, I decided that working in Real Estate is really the professional direction that I wanted to move in. Since then I dedicated all of my spare time to study and learn every aspect of the Real Estate business. I took courses, read books, met with many seasoned professionals and asked a lot of questions. I spent a good deal of time analyzing many "virtual deals" until I felt ready to truly embark on my career in this field. In 2012 I established "Prestige Real Estate". In "Prestige", our only goal is to help home owners sell their properties faster, for a higher profit, and to lower their expenses throughout the process.I do this by utilizing a unique method that I developed, and because of its narrow and specific application, I've completely separated it from my other Real Estate activities.Also in 2012 I established another company called "VR Real Estate" that essentially promotes more traditional Real Estate activities, such as development and project marketing.In "VR", we locate and analyze potential investment properties, examine the best and most profitable ways to structure deals while taking into consideration all aspects of the particular project.
